William Buddy Meyers Ltd. is pleased to announce the conclusion of a lawsuit pending in the Circuit Court of Cook County, 01 L 12050, brought on behalf of a family that was struck head on by a vehicle that crossed the center line on a rural highway in LaSalle County, Illinois.

William Buddy Meyers represented the family in their action against the driver, a minor, and his father. The defendant was traveling home from a volleyball tournament and was found to have open alchohol in his car. The defendant and their insurance company were forced to settle shortly after the lawsuit was filed in Cook County.
