| In 1997 I was injured while working on a demolition
project at the CNA building on Wabash St in Chicago. I was working as
a stationary engineer in between the first and second floors removing
pipe when I stepped on an unmarked trap door and plunged 30 feet onto
a loading dock. I suffered a severely fractured ankle that required surgery.
